LensIQ — Privacy Policy

Lydyoung LLC, doing business as "LensIQ" ("LensIQ," "we," "us") provides analytics for eBay sellers. This Policy

explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It is part of our Terms of Service.

For data-protection purposes, Lydyoung LLC is the controller of the personal

information described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, and profile details from the sign-in provider you choose

(Google, Facebook, or Apple).

eBay store data (with your authorization): your listings, orders, returns, and related

transaction details, retrieved through eBay's APIs after you connect your account. This may

include item titles, prices, dates, item specifics (brand, size, color, category), and

buyer location/state. We do not collect your buyers' payment details.

Usage data: log and device information, pages viewed, and login/activity timestamps, used

to operate and secure the Service.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full

card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service and your dashboard.
To process your store data (including using automated and AI methods to estimate brand and

category from titles — see Section 4).

To preserve your records so they remain available even if eBay later removes them.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support.
To send occasional product updates or offers. You can opt out of these non-essential emails

anytime via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; you will still receive essential account,

billing, and security messages.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with law.

We may create de-identified, aggregated data (which does not identify you or your buyers)

and use it to maintain and improve our detection engine and the Service. **We do not sell your

personal information.**

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed:

Service providers that help us run the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, Stripe for

payments, Google Gemini for AI processing), bound to protect your data.

Legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. AI Processing of Listing Titles

To recover brand and category, we may send your listing titles (text only) to a third-party

AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. We do not send your buyers' personal details

for this purpose. The provider processes the text to return a brand/category and is contractually

restricted in how it may use the data.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward,

or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (Section 7); we will delete it

except where we must retain it for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

eBay-directed deletion. eBay may send us a Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notification

when you close your eBay account or exercise your deletion rights through eBay. When we receive

and verify such a notification, **we will delete all eBay data we hold about you, regardless of

any other retention period described here.** Because LensIQ cannot function without that data, we

may also end your LensIQ subscription and access on that date. When we close your account in this

way, we delete **all data associated with your account — including any Poshmark, Mercari, or Depop

data you added — not only your eBay data.** We also reserve the right, at our discretion and for

any reason, to terminate an account and delete all of its data.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method

of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your

personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise these rights,

at any time from your settings.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, delete, and correct your personal

information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it — **we do not sell or share your

personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. EEA/UK residents (GDPR):** you

have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. We do not

discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to understand basic usage. **We do not

use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, we do not show ads, and we never sell your

data.** We also use your browser's localStorage to cache your analytics for faster loading;

that data stays on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common

industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. As noted above, we do not

use advertising or cross-site tracking, so this does not change how we handle your data.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International Users

We may process and store data in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to

this transfer and processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material

changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
